You will need to make sure that you have registered for Duo two-factor authentication. It's a network security feature used by City of Hope. If you have been working remotely, you probably already have experience with Duo. When using Library resources remotely, with or without VPN, you may be asked to authenticate with Duo in addition to logging in with OpenAthens.
