How do I change the sort order of the fields in each citation for the bibliography?

Answer

  1. Click on Edit →Output Styles
  2. Edit [insert output style name here]. This will get you into the particular style you’d like to change.
  3. Look for the Bibliography section and select Sort Order.
  4. In the Bibliography Sort Order, select the option you prefer, such as Order of appearance.
