How long will my article PDFs be available in my ILLiad account?
Answer
The PDFs will automatically disappear from your ILLiad account after approximately three months. There is no way to retrieve the titles once they have moved from “Electronically Received Articles” to “History Requests.” It is best to save articles to your computer or network as soon as they arrive.
