Why can't I borrow an eBook or an entire journal issue through ILL?

Libraries typically do not lend eBooks or entire journal issues because of licensing agreements, copyright laws, and/or institutional polices. If you request an ebook, we will see if a print copy is available. If you require an entire issue of a journal, please contact us.
